  • Incorporation of detention storage into hydraulic analysis required use of unsteady flow model.
  • Corps of Engineers UNET model was used
  • UNET is now a part of the HEC-RAS system
  • Multi-community project.  Submission of request for CLOMR required coordination with City of Tulsa, City of Broken Arrow, and Tulsa County
